Sam Patel

Samit “Sam” Patel was born in London, England but considers himself an Okie as he has been living in Oklahoma City since he was 4 years old. His family moved to America where his father started from the bottom and worked his way up to partnerships in multiple hotels within Oklahoma. After graduating college with a Degree in Finance, he helped grow the family business. Once the family businesses were self-sufficient he began to write his own story. Starting his financial career off at Bank of the West, then joining Journey Financial Strategies in 2018. Sam & his beautiful wife Poonam have two girls Maliya & Mila. His family is the most important thing to him and wakes up everyday to make sure he is working hard for their future! He Thunders Up for every OKC Thunder game, enjoys playing golf and is an avid volleyball player with championships from tournaments all across America. Sam is involved in his local Gujurati community as well as other community organizations.
