Tim Mathis was born and raised in Oklahoma and enlisted in the U.S. Army after high school, retiring after 20 years of honorable service. He has more than 25 years of proven success in sales, customer service, organizational leadership, and operations management in local to multi-state markets. He has excelled in various roles within the staffing, oil and gas equipment, and trade association industries. He has been married to his wife, Julie, for 38 years and is a proud father of two and grandfather of four. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and time at the lake. His networking and business-relationships’ philosophy is straightforward and time-tested: “You never get a second chance to make a first impression”.
