Hi, I’m Michael Tupper. In 2017, I was appointed to serve as District Judge for the 21st Judicial District (Cleveland, McClain, and Garvin Counties). This was a great honor for me and one that I am thankful for every day. Prior to this appointment, I served as Special Judge in Cleveland County for nearly 9 years. In 13 years as a judge, I have prided myself on being a fair, level-headed, consistent, approachable judge who cares intimately about the parties and issues appearing before me.
