Tables Turned is a unique reverse-mentorship luncheon that brings together South OKC’s established business and community leaders with MetroEDGE’s emerging professionals for meaningful conversations about workplace culture, communication styles, leadership expectations, technology, and the future of work. Young professionals will lead the discussion, offering valuable insights and perspectives that can help shape stronger organizations and more connected workplaces.

This engaging event creates opportunities for learning, relationship-building, and cross-generational understanding while supporting the next generation of leaders in our community. Proceeds from the event benefit the MetroEDGE Activity Fund, which helps provide professional development, networking opportunities, and programming for young professionals throughout South Oklahoma City.
