Seeking Sponsors and Players for Hilltop Clinic's Golf Tournament

Hilltop Clinic's fourth annual Putting for Pediatrics Golf Scramble Fundraiser will be held Monday, June 9, 2025. Hilltop Clinic is a non-profit medical home offering whole-person-centered care for children who often have a difficult time accessing it. Help us further our mission of sharing the healing love of Jesus with our community by promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Date/Time: Monday June 17 2024, 9 AM Shotgun Start
Location: Hidden Trails Country Club
6501 S. Country Club Drive Oklahoma City, OK 73159 

Registration: $800/4-person team, $200/individual. All players must have their own set of clubs.
(includes green fee, light breakfast, lunch, snacks, water, and Gatorade on the course)
Registration limited to the first 100 players or Saturday May 31.
 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Hole $500 - sign on tee, website and program listing, branded items in gift bags
Bronze $1,00 - all Hole Sponsor benefits plus 2 green fees and name on putting green banner
Silver $2,500 - all Bronze Sponsor benefits plus 2 green fees (4 total) and name on event banner and golf cart
Gold $5,000 - all Silver Sponsor benefits plus 2 green fees (6 total), half-page ad in event program, name on player gift bags, and an information table
Platinum $10,000 - all Golf Sponsor benefits plus 2 green fees (8 total), full-page ad in program, and name on player gifts
