Real Estate Sales Provisional, Part I By Moore Norman Technology Center

This course will prepare participants for the Real Estate Sales Associate Licensing Examination that is given by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. The course provides a basic foundation in real estate and recommended for anyone associated with the real estate industry. Upon successful completion of this course, the student may sit for the state examination, and upon passing the examination, will be issued a provisional sales associate license.

This license will be valid for one year, including the month of issuance. The Provisional sales licensee will be required to complete Part II of the Basic Sales Education Requirement (45 hour post-license course re400 or re501) within the twelve month license term and provide proof of completion before license expiration. You will remain a provisional associate for a period of one year.
