Membership Luncheon with Adria Berry, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority

Join us as hear from the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, Adria Berry, on some of the protections offered to employees and employers alike in regard to medical marijuana users in the workforce, the progress of the Oklahoma Marijuana Medical Authority, and what we can expect in the future. 

The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) is the regulatory agency for Oklahoma’s medical marijuana program. Oklahoma voters authorized the state’s medical marijuana program in 2018 with State Question 788. SQ 788 created OMMA and the state laws that started the industry. Governor Kevin Stitt named Adria Berry the OMMA Executive Director in August 2021.
