The first important first steps in a food trailer are getting the licenses and permits. The commissary expenses can be expensive that is where you go for the food truck or trailer to dispose of the wastewater. When people start a food trailer they don't realize it isn't cheap. Neighborhoods also don't allow food trucks or food trailers; people have to find a storage unit to pay for monthly rent. The fees to get into certain events cost $300 to $600, and an event might have 20 to 30 other food vendors. If you love food and are passionate about owning a food truck or food trailer it's great.
