Founded by Monte’ Williamson, our restaurant is built on the legacy of his father, Elmer, who opened Elmer’s Burger Barn in 1977. Inspired by his early years working alongside his father, Monte’ set out to bring fresh, exciting, and innovative flavors to the world of gourmet hot dogs.
