Frontier Hospice Grief Support Group
Frontier Hospice is honored to join with community partner Sommerset Neighborhood Assisted Living & Memory Care, to offer this inaugural group for all grievers. The grief support group is open to the public and is intended for adult attendees. We look forward to meeting you and being a supportive part of your grief journey. The group will meet weekly for six weeks. Please attend the first meeting on June 3rd, as this will be a closed group.
