Connection Corner: Anime & Crafts at Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library

Join us as we come together to learn new stress relief and get to know people who share a similar interest. Discover new techniques and perspectives as we meet with others to learn about their experiences while sharing your own. We'll be watching My Roomate is a Cat.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort.

Participants will learn how to Zentangle and leave with a mini notebook, pens, and a fidget toy. Light snacks and drinks also provided.

The story of Mikazuki Subaru, a novelist who is shy and struggles in relationships with other people, and a cat who was dumped by humans and lived a tough life on the streets. Through a twist of fate, the two of them end up living together. This heartwarming tale illustrates day-to-day life through the eyes of both man and cat. These moments seem trivial, but as they build upon themselves, the two become family and find happiness in their life together.
