Connection Corner: 2025 Community Pride Quilt at Southwest Oklahoma City Public LIbrary
Join the SOKC community as we come together to make a project that is bigger than ourselves!
From June through December 2025, SOKC will be using Zoom Looms to weave 4" squares, then weaving them together to create an enormous tapestry over the course of the remainder of the year. If you've ever wanted to learn how to use a pin loom, this is a great opportunity to learn!
Attendees will learn how to use a pin loom, techniques for weaving faster, and meet other people in the community with a passion for crafts and service! Come to one, two, a dozen, or more sessions! As attendees weave more squares, they'll earn more prizes, from bookmarks to weaving tools to their very own, 3D-printed custom pin loom!
All supplies, as well as light snacks, provided. Registration appreciated, but not required.
