2nd Annual Putting for Pediatrics Golf Scramble Fundraiser by Christ Community Health Coalition - Hilltop Clinic

Hilltop Clinic is hosting our second annual golf scramble to raise funds for the general operations of the clinic. Help us continue to offer a high-quality medical home to uninsured and underinsured children and further our mission of sharing the healing love of Jesus with our community by promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Date: Monday April 3 2023, 9am shotgun start

Location: Hidden Trails Country Club

6501 S. Country Club Drive Oklahoma City, OK 73159 

Fundraising Goal: $40,000

Registration: $600/4-person team, $150/individual (includes green fee, light breakfast, lunch, snacks, water, and Gatorade on the course) 

Registration limited to the first 100 players or March 24

All players must have their own set of clubs. Rentals sets are available through the Hidden Trails Country Club Pro Shop. 

 

Bronze = $1,000 (2 green fees, website & program listing, name on putting green banner) 

Silver = $2,500 (4 green fees, website & program listing, name on event banner and golf cart) 

Gold = $5,000 (6 green fees,  website & program listing, ad in program, name on event banner, golf cart, and goodie bags) 

Platinum = $10,000 (8 green fees, website & program listing, ad in program, name on event banner, golf cart, goodie bags, and player gifts)
