DESCRIPTION:2026 Volunteer Opportunities\n\nWe are hosting the Central Youth Rowing Championship May 1-3. Each year this competition brings together top junior crews from Arkansas\, Colorado\, Kansas\, Louisiana\, Missouri\, Nebraska\, New Mexico\, Oklahoma\, and Texas for three days of spirited racing\, district championships\, and the opportunity to race at the US Rowing National Youth Championship! Currently\, I'm in need of approximately 170 volunteers. I'm hoping to engage the community to "Don't Wait til '28" to get involved in the exciting volunteer opportunities at RIVERSPORT. There should be close to 700 athletes that are going to participate so support is paramount.\n\n \n\nVolunteering is a great way to meet new people and get involved with RIVERSPORT! Join us as a volunteer for national and international rowing and canoe/kayak race events or become a program volunteer assisting youth or adaptive athletes. We're also looking for volunteers to help with river clean ups as part of RIVERSPORT's River Protectors initiative.\n\nhttp://Riversportokc.org
