In April 2018, the Oklahoma County Assessor's office launched a new property transaction search engine and mobile app that are unlike any other in the state of Oklahoma, and perhaps, in the country. This course will teach you how to use it.
Learn how to:
- Find all the one-story homes sold or with ownership transferred in Oklahoma County in 2018.
- Search for vacant or improved land transactions by city or unincorporated areas of the country.
- Find all the sales or transfers of property involving car washes, apartments, storage facilities, two-story homes or split-levels.
During this luncheon, Oklahoma County Assessor Larry Stein and Comptroller Mike Morrison will provide an in-depth look and demonstration of the new database. Please come prepared to ask questions during this interactive luncheon, as well as learn tips & tricks about the new database.
