EAT WELL - MOVE MORE - LIVE LIFE: Come to our Thanksgiving class to learn the impact that holiday eating can have on weight gain and how to approach the holidays in a healthier way.
Participants will hear from a professional trainer on how important it is to move your body each day, especially in the colder weather. We will provide healthy tips, recipes, and sample menus to use during the holidays. We will also discuss a person's mindset during the holidays and how to commit to living life in a more healthy manner during the challenging season.
