Have you always wanted to try yoga but were hesitant because you lack knowledge or flexibility? Starting December 3, a five-series class will be offered at the Southwest Oklahoma City Library where you will learn the fundamentals of yoga. During the class you will learn how to perform 25 of the most common yoga poses. Classes will be taught by certified yoga instructor Laura Lee of Infinity Wellness Center. Registration required. Yoga mats will be provided for those registered.
