Free Total Wellness Classes by the Oklahoma City - County Health Department

Total Wellness is a free, interactive weight-loss class that is offered in numerous locations across the Oklahoma City metro, with the most local option at the Earlywine YMCA, 11801 South May Avenue. The program teaches participants how to make healthy food choices, increase activity levels and change unhealthy behaviors. An eight-week program, Total Wellness is designed for men and women over 18 who want to prevent or manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease or those who just want to lose weight.
