Beginning to Knit: Make & Take Bookmarks at the Southwest Oklahoma City Library

Create a hand knit bookmark for yourself or a loved one, all while learning foundational knitting skills!

Join us at SOKC to learn the knitting knowledge needed to complete a beginning level project while also creating a one-of-a-kind hand knit bookmark for your next read!  Then, throughout the month of October, you will also have the opportunity to hone your new skills at SOKC’s STEAM Station by knitting individual squares with us that will be assembled into blankets and donated to those in need. 

This program is intended for teens and adults. 

Registration is required, and all supplies will be provided.
